I ordered the Melanie ivory top as a gift for my cousin as she liked it when she saw mine that I had purchased months ago. However, I noticed that the top I received from reformation now is so different from the one I had. The color is white and not ivory, material is so thin and so bad that you can tell the material folded under the sewing lines/joints everywhere. The top is much shorter than my other one despite being the same size, and the quality is so bad with pulled threads everywhere. I also have the black one, dark grey, and red colors of the same too and they are so well made it’s astonishing.
Shipping
When you purchase this item, the seller will receive a prepaid shipping label and has 5 business days to ship your order via USPS. Your payment will be held securely until delivery is confirmed, then released to the seller within 3 business days.
Returns
If your item doesn't fit as expected, you can leave an honest review and relist it with a reduced 12.5% commission instead of the standard 17.5%. If the item you receive is significantly different from what was described (wrong color, style, etc.), we'll cancel the order and provide a prepaid return label to send it back to the seller.
